Return & Exchange Policy

At JT Jigs & Lures, the goal is for you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible apparel items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery of purchase, subject to the conditions below. 

This policy applies to apparel only purchased directly from JT Jigs and Lures via our online store. . 

 

Eligibility and item condition 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. 

 

 

The following items are nonreturnable: 

Final sale or “clearance” items clearly marked as nonreturnable at purchase 

Gift cards and store credit 

 

Return shipping and fees 

For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent .   

For online purchases, items must be returned to 11 Barbers lane, Warrnambool, Victoria 3280. 

 

How to initiate a return 

For online purchases: 

1. Contact our customer support team at jtjigsandlures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. 

3. Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging, tags and attach the return label if provided. 

4. Ship the parcel via the specified carrier or drop it off at the indicated location. 

5. You will be notified by email once your return is received and your refund, exchange, or store credit has been processed.
